Just imagine…upon arrival, you are welcomed into a safe and serene space. Your FLYT Attendant helps you settle into the specialized bed or chair, grounds you and invites you to set your intention.

Each session is about an hour. You’ll begin with a guided meditation, body scan, and breathwork deepen the brain-body connection as gentle vibrations flow through your muscles, tissues, and cells. Next, full-body near-infrared light radiates through every cell, boosting mitochondrial energy, reducing inflammation, and supporting restoration—you’re recharging.

Pulsed light dances in rhythm with immersive soundscapes, guiding your brain into flow for the remainder of the session. Waves of sound and light at personalized frequencies, synchronize with your nervous system—entraining you into states of deep calm—you’re harmonizing.

Your Attendant is present the whole time, applying therapeutic touch, until it’s time to bring you back to full consciousness—you’re integrating.

A Simple Process

The FLYT Experience:

Use FLYT to reduce stress, recover from injury and life’s every day stresses and recalibrate the nervous system.

Session length: approximately 60 minutes

Goal: Personalized nervous-system reset and cellular support through multisensory entrainment using sound, vibration, pulsed light and near-infrared stimulation.

  1. Welcome, Intake & Safety 
    • Check-in: complete intake form, current symptoms, comfort, any changes in health since booking.
    • Review contraindications (e.g., photosensitivity, recent procedures, implanted devices).
    • Your Attendant adjusts vibration, light, and sound levels to your comfort and goals before starting.
  2. Settle & Intention 
    • Your FLYT Attendant helps you recline comfortably in the specialized lounge/bed or chair.
    • Grounding and setting your intention for your session.
  3. Guided Meditation, Body Scan & Breathwork 
    • Gentle guidance from your Attendant enables you to focus on breathwork and scan your body to deepen your brain-body connection.
  4. Vibroacoustic + Near-Infrared Phase — Cellular Recharge 
    • Full-body, low-frequency vibroacoustic stimulation begins and is combined with near-infrared (NIR) light to support mitochondrial activity, circulation, and reduced inflammation.
    • You rest effortlessly while vibrations and NIR light continue at a calming baseline.
    • Your Attendant monitors comfort and ensures optimal positioning.
  5. Photobiomodulation Brainwave Entrainment — Flow Phase
    • Pulsed light patterns and binaural/immersive soundscapes synchronize to targeted frequencies to entrain brainwaves.
    • Your FLYT Attendant monitors comfort and may apply gentle therapeutic touch to support grounding.
  6. Integration & Gentle Return 
    • Stimuli are gradually reduced; your are gently guided back to full awareness with light touch, breath and small movement.
    • Attendant assists with sitting up and notes immediate observations.
  7. Post-Session Debrief & Next Steps 
    • Quick discussion of how you felt during the session and any immediate changes can be facilitated in our Post FLYT meditation room.
    • Your Attendant is able to provide aftercare suggestions (hydration, light movement, journaling) and schedule/recommendations for follow-up sessions.
  8. Documentation & Personalization
    • Attendant logs session parameters (vibration level, light settings, frequencies used) and your responses for ongoing personalization.

How FLYT Helps Your Brain and Body Connect and Reset

The FLYT Experience is designed to help reduce chronic stress, sleep disturbances, anxiety, depression, pain and other symptoms from trauma. Our multi-sensory programs are carefully curated using:

Pulsed Light Therapy uses gentle light pulses to entrain brain activity. It can induce relaxation, optimize cognitive function, improve sleep, and enhance your mood.

Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) uses low-frequency vibrations (sometimes with music or binaural beats) to stimulate the Vagus nerve, help regulate stress, and balance the autonomic nervous system. Regular sessions have been clinically shown to reduce stress and improve mood.

Near Infrared Light Therapy compliments the protocol by providing your cells with the energy they need to heal. Light in this wavelength boosts mitochondrial function, enhances blood flow in the body and brain (enhancing neurological function) and reduces inflammation.

When delivered simultaneously with VAT, NIR compounds the effects of VAT, creating a powerful multi-sensory experience promoting neuroplasticity, allowing your brain to form healthier neural connections.

The FLYT Experience is a powerful compliment to many other therapies across the spectrum of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. FLYT helps prepare patients for upcoming therapy and/ or helps them integrate and strengthen current therapies.

Contraindications:

Conditions to Consult Your Doctor About Before Use

  1. Cancer in Metastasis: Enhanced circulation could influence the spread of cancer cells.
  2. Epilepsy: Vibrations may trigger seizures in susceptible individuals.
  3. Pregnancy: Especially in the early stages, as the effects of vibrations and frequencies are not fully understood.
  4. Severe Neurological Disorders: For precautionary reasons, consult your healthcare provider.
  5. Severe Cardiovascular and/or Respiratory Conditions: Vibrations, depending on intensity, may aggravate or overwhelm these conditions.
  6. Thrombosis or Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT): Increased circulation may pose risks in individuals with clots.

Additional Medical Considerations

Our technology may also require caution in the presence of:

  • Acute inflammatory conditions.
  • Psychotic conditions.
  • Hemorrhaging or active bleeding.
  • Hypotonia (low muscle tone).
