Neurofeedback at Tier 1 Therapy Centers
Helping Your Brain Relearn Balance and Resilience
About the Treatment
What is Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback helps the brain learn to regulate its own electrical activity through operant conditioning. Small EEG sensors measure brainwave activity in real time, providing visual or auditory feedback. Over time, the brain strengthens healthier neural pathways through neuroplasticity.
At Tier 1 Therapy Centers, neurofeedback is one of the most powerful tools we use to help the brain restore balance, improve self-regulation, and optimize performance. Neurofeedback is a science-based, non-invasive therapy that uses real-time feedback to help your brain recognize and correct inefficient signaling patterns — naturally, without medication.
The Brain-Trainer Advantage
We utilize the Brain-Trainer Neurofeedback System and the Trainer’s QEEG (TQ) brain assessment to evaluate how your brain is functioning today. This data is combined with clinical history to design fully personalized training protocols.
A Simple Process
Your First Visit
Your neurofeedback journey begins with a 1.5-hour consultation where symptoms, goals, and treatment plans are reviewed. Brain mapping and questionnaires help personalize care.
Training & Progress
Each neurofeedback session includes multiple short training blocks targeting whole-brain balance. Many individuals notice improvements in focus, sleep, mood, and emotional regulation over 20+ sessions.
Integrated Care
Neurofeedback is often combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, psychotherapy, medication management, and FLYT light, sound, and vibroacoustic therapy.
Why Tier 1
